Continuous Distribution of Free Eye Tissue for Charity Patients

The continuous distribution of eye tissue totally free of charge to charity/indigent patients throughout the country.

More than three (3) million pesos worth of transplantable tissues are subsidized yearly by the Foundation for charity patients in need of corneal transplants. This includes both government and charity hospitals from as Baguio City in the North to as far as Davao City in the South.

To avail the Foundation’s charity, patients will have to provide:

– Social case study report (addressed to the Eye Bank Foundation of the Philippines)

– Clinical abstract

– Picture of any size

All documents must be original copies. Patients with incomplete requirements will not be interviewed.

Interview for charity patients are on Fridays only, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM (PST) at the Eye Bank Office, 2/F SOJR Building, UO-PGH Compound, Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila.
