As part of Eye Bank’s continuing commitment to meet the highest international standards in eye banking, the Santa Lucia International Eye Bank, owned and operated by the Eye Bank Foundation, underwent ISO 9001:2015 remote audit last September 09, 2020 in order to maintain its ISO certification.

Currently, the Eye Bank is the only ISO-certified eye bank facility in Asia and one of the very few ISO-certified eye banking facilities worldwide.

As it turns silver this year, Eye Bank remains committed in its mission to transform lives through sight restoration. Eye Bank likewise hopes that many others will support the advocacy of cornea and eye tissue donation.
