Arlington Memorial Chapels Signs Memorandum of Agreement

QUEZON CITY — The Arlington Memorial Chapels & Crematory enters into formal partnership with the Eye Bank Foundation of the Philippines during the Memorandum of Agreement signing activity and meeting held at Arlington Main Office, Quezon City today, 13 September 2019.

Dr. Minguita Padilla, Eye Bank’s CEO, and Ms. Ellen Lagan, R.N., Eye Bank’s Manager signed on behalf of the Eye Bank Foundation while Mr. Rafael Jose, signed on behalf of Arlington Memorial Chapels as its President.

With the signing of the Memorandum, Arlington has agreed to participate in the Funeral Homes Retrieval and Distribution Program of the Eye Bank Foundation.

Likewise, as a symbol of its commitment and desire to extend only the best services to Eye Bank, the Eye Bank has entered in to the death care assistance and services program of Arlington.
