Eye Bank 2nd Nationwide Poster Making Contest

Training and Research Projects

As part of its commitment to excellence and continuous learning, the Eye Bank helps improve the skills and knowledge of Filipino ophthalmologists through seminars and skills transfer courses. It also funds worthy research projects aimed to improve eye care delivery for our countrymen.

Miko Sotto Memorial Fund

In year 2003, the Miko Sotto Memorial Fund of the Eye Bank Foundation was established in honor of the young actor whose corneas were donated to the Eye Bank. This fund aims to help sustain the information and educational campaigns of the Eye Bank.

AJ Perez donates cornea

Seminars, documentary film-showing, distribution of pledge forms in schools, churches, malls and hospitals are some of the activities regularly held by the Eye Bank that aim to clarify facts and misconceptions about corneas and eye donation.
